About us

ProKonEx is a well-established and prospering Czech family business that provides made-to-order machine fitting production services in the Czech Republic. Our company has been on the market for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on high-quality and punctual delivery, which is why our customers not only include Czech businesses, but also renowned international companies. Our company is primarily built on the foundation of a friendly and individual approach to business, which results in long-term cooperation with our clients.

Over our time on the Czech market, we have developed a high-quality and robust supply network, thanks to which we are able to ensure comprehensive production (including shipping) both for large projects and custom production. Our assets include high availability of production capacities, quality monitoring in accordance with ISO 9001 and advantageous delivery times of manufactured components.

Mladý podnikatel ze zavedené firmy ProKonEx píše o své rodinněbyznysové zkušenosti. Firma původně zastupovala německého výrobce a dodavatele technologických zařízení pro indukční a průmyslové ohřevy materiálů, od září 2015 už je pod názvem ProKonEx ryze českou společností se silnými obchodními vztahy na českém i zahraničním trhu. Services

Production

We produce welded and machined components from various materials (construction materials, stainless and heat-resistant steel, copper and aluminium):

Production
We produce weldments and entire assemblies to order on based on provided production documentation. Welding of structural materials, stainless and heat-resistant steel, copper and aluminium is performed using the MIG/MAG, TIG and CO2 methods.
Laser
To separate material, we use autogenous burning machines (plasma, laser & autogenous technologies) and conventional cutting (band saws). The combination of these technologies results in high accuracy with minimal material waste.
Machining
We offer machining on horizontal and portal CNC machines, as well as turning and milling.
Surface treatment
We provide surface treatment of metals. Powder coating in a cabin (according to a provided RAL sample), roughening and rust removal by blasting and hot-dip galvanising.

Bending
We also provide bending and offsetting of materials from sheet metal to stainless steel.
Pressing
Last but not least, we offer pressing services using hydraulic, crank and eccentric presses.

As an ISO 9001 certified company, quality is assured. We personally monitor each project from its beginning to final shipping. The technologies that we use to ensure quality standards include measuring instruments, 3D measuring arms, etc. Delivery of a document on the measurements performed during production until completion is a matter of course.

We will send all dimensional production possibilities of our suppliers on request.

Transport

Once production is complete, we also provide shipping to the customer by the following means:

Road transport
We cooperate with leading European carriers to offer express transport of smaller components through professional deliveries and transport of complete assemblies by lorry. We also have experience with overweight loads in the EU.

Combined transport
If required, we further provide shipping by combined means of transport, for example, road and rail transport. We also have experience with a combination of road and sea transport to the Far East and the USA.
